This Fair Trade Organic Sumatra comes from the Lake Toba region in the heart of Lintong — an area known for producing some of the most distinctive coffees in Indonesia. While many Sumatran coffees lean heavy and earthy, this lot stands apart.

The coffee is wet‑hulled in the traditional Sumatra style, but with a key difference: the hulling happens at 30% moisture, rather than the usual 45–50%. That single change creates a noticeably cleaner, brighter cup, allowing the spicy and citrus‑forward notes to shine while softening the heavier Mandheling earthiness.
