Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every part of your Coffee Fetch experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligible for Refund (within 15 days):

  • Coffee Equipment & Accessories Includes grinders, brewers, filters, mugs, and more.
  • Unroasted Coffee Beans Must be unopened and unused.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Roasted Coffee As a perishable item, roasted coffee cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
